Made for the Picky Girl
We're not the press-on for everyone. We're for the woman with standards. The one who's been let down by every press-on she's tried.
Done with basic, flimsy, plastic nails that lose their shape by day two.
Picky Girl sets are handmade with gel & acrylic, built to hold their shape, stay on, and be worn again - we're talking at least two weeks of wear, multiple rounds of use.
Because average isn't something we do.
FAQs
How do I apply them?
You have 2 options: nail glue or sticky tabs.
- Glue = longer wear
- Tabs = temporary or event wear
Either way, prep is everything. Remove any cuticle from your nail bed, buff away the shine, and make sure there's no oil on the surface.
Skipping prep is the #1 reason press-ons don't last.
Once prepped: match each nail to the right finger, apply your glue or tab, then press the nail onto your nail bed at a 45-degree angle. Hold for a few seconds. That's it.
How can I remove them?
Do not force them off. Ever.
Fill a bowl with warm soapy water & mix in cuticle oil. Apply a little oil directly to your cuticle area, then soak your nails for about 10 minutes.
Use the included cuticle pusher to gently lift the corners while submerged. The nail should slip right off.
Your natural nail underneath should be completely undamaged. If you notice any glue residue, gently buff it away.
How long do they last?
That depends on how seriously you take your prep.
With glue & proper prep, most wear lasts 2–3 weeks; with some customers reporting 4.
With tabs, expect at least 24 hours — great for events or outfit moments.
The nail won't fail you. Skipped prep will.
Are they reusable?
Yes — if you remove them gently & store in the clear case, you can reuse each set at least 3-5 times, sometimes more.
How many wears you get out of them comes down to how well you take care of them.
How long does it take to apply?
It depends on your application method.
If you're using tabs, you can be in and out in 10–15 minutes. Tabs are quicker to apply but are better suited for short-term wear rather than a full two weeks.
If you're going with glue and want that longer wear, give yourself 20–30 minutes and don't rush the prep.
Clean, buffed, cuticle & oil-free nails are what make the difference between a set that lasts and one that lifts by day three.
