Shipping Policy

International Shipping:
At this time, we only offer shipping the United States, US Territories & Canada.

Delivery + Processing Times:
Once your order is placed, please allow 3-5 business day for packing & processing.

Please allow additional shipping time for Alaska, Hawaii, Canada & the US Territories. 

*Once we have dropped your package to the post office, shipping times are out of our control. Please contact your local post office for any further questions or delays. 

Business Days + Holidays:
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding major U.S. holidays, e.g., Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year's Day.

*Please note that shipping & processing times may be extended during the holidays.


Expedited Shipping Details:
If you requested Priority Shipping at checkout, your order will be sent out the same day if placed before 2:00PM EST, Monday through Friday. Any orders placed after that time or on weekends, will be processed the following business day. Please note, that any orders placed during peak-season, may be subjected to delays in processing times.

    Returns Exchanges:
    Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for any reason. However, if you are not satisfied with your Sparkling Rose Cosmetics order, we will provide you with a store gift card with the exact amount of your purchase.

     

    How to Obtain a Store Gift Card:
    Please send us an email at contact@sparklingroseco.com. Please be sure to include your Full Name + Order # in the subject line.

     

    IMPORTANT NOTES:

    • A "business day" is considered to be Monday through Friday, excluding any United States holidays.
    • Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to be updating once you've received tracking details.
    • All prices are listed in USD by default.
