Returns + Exchanges:
Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for any reason. However, if you are not satisfied with your Sparkling Rose Cosmetics order, we will provide you with a store gift card with the exact amount of your purchase.
Cancellations:
You may cancel your order within 1 hour of placing your order to receive a full refund.
How to Obtain a Store Gift Card:

Damages + Issues:
Please inspect your order once you receive it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can resolve the issue as soon as possible.
